I've just read Rachel's diary following the London bombings. She writes with great clarity and expresses very well her thoughts and feelings. Drives home yet again how we all worry about the most trivial things. I have been feeling down the last few days as my fortnight holiday is nearly over. Well, at least I have more holidays to take, a holiday in Majorca in September to look forward to, two weddings to attend in the next couple of months. We live in a world where so many bad things are happening all the time that we are almost immune; we rarely take the time to think how lucky we are that these things are not happening to us.

Anyway, I just felt like posting this - even if no-one ever reads it, it will always be there for me to re-read and remember.
